Introduction Post

Hi Everybody,

I just wanted to do a quick introduction. My name is Melissa H. You can call me Melissa, Missy, Miss, I’m called a little bit of everything. I am a mother of 2, a boy and a girl, and I work in corporate America. I am not a licensed hairstylist nor a hair professional in any  form or fashion. All I am is a woman with a passion for hair. From natural hair, to weaves and wigs, children’s hair, everything. This blog is solely intended to give tips and tricks from either my own personal experience or from my close acquaintances experiences. I’m always willing to hear other peoples opinions and tips. The only rule I have is to be respectful. For some people, their hair is a touchy subject. Especially for black women, hair is the foundation of some peoples self esteem. I believe all women from all walks of life are beautiful and I want to help people find what works for them. So please, share, chat, ask as many questions as you would like. If I don’t have an answer, I will tell you I don’t know but I will be sure to find the answer for you. From family to close friends, I’m surrounded by professional hair stylists so an answer is always within reach. I currently do not have any assistants but that can change at any time.
